Golden View offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a light, bright and airy beach house situated in the seaside town of Arniston. This tastefully furnished home is located 1.5 km from Roman Beach.
The house comprises an open-plan kitchen and living area, an open loft area with 3 single beds, 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each, and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet, and the second bathroom has a shower, a bath, a basin and a toilet.
The house features a large deck with lovely views over the fynbos. Guests have access to an outdoor braai area. The house is equipped with an alarm system, bed linen and bath towels, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a fireplace, a TV with full DStv channels, a microwave, an oven and stove, and a washing machine. Please note the property is not safe for young children, and pets are not permitted.
