Description
Grace is a self-catering holiday home in the heart of Sedgefield. It is a wonderful option for a large family or ideal for two groups of friends or family who wish to explore the scenic Garden Route.
This property offers comfortable living and sleeping space for a total of 8 guests and features 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All the rooms open onto a balcony, where guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the green forest or simply relax with a late-night drink while gazing at the stars.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. Stack-away doors open onto a patio, allowing a cool breeze into the room. There are also two comfortable chairs where guests can sit and read a book.
The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom also has two single beds.
The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
All the bedrooms open onto the upstairs patio area.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, electric oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, ice machine, cutlery and crockery, as well as a central island with stools.
There is a large scullery area with a washing machine available for guests.
No dishwasher is available.
From the kitchen, a dining area leads off where guests can enjoy meals together. The lounge area offers comfortable seating with two sitting areas and a TV. This area also opens onto an outdoor patio.
Free WiFi is available. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor for convenience.
Outside, there are two covered patios with an outdoor dining table and braai facilities, creating a wonderful space for guests to relax. These areas open with stack-away doors.
The property also has a spacious indoor braai room for windy days, equipped with a fridge-freezer and comfortable day beds where guests can relax. There is also a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower in this area. This is a large relaxation space that can be closed off with stack-away doors for warmth or privacy.
For colder winter days during load shedding, the property is supported by solar panels.
The property offers double shaded net parking and is fenced and secured with a house alarm system.
This is a self-catering unit. Bedding is provided, but guests must bring their own towels.
