Description
Grotto Greatness is a spacious self-catering family home for up to 12 people in Hermanus, and is situated just 600 m from Grotto Beach.
The accommodation comfortably caters for larger groups, with a total of six bedrooms across the main home and cottage. The main home features a queen bedroom, a double bedroom, and two bedrooms each with two three-quarter beds. The cottage adds two further bedrooms, both furnished with two three-quarter beds, making it ideal for families or groups travelling together while still allowing everyone to have their own space.
The large kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.
Guests can relax in one of the cosy lounge areas, and the living room opens onto a large stoep with views of the garden and ocean. A private swimming is available for guests to use.
Hermanus offers a variety of activities such as kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, fishing, horseback riding tours, golfing, as well as whale watching between July to October. Guests can also visit the various wine estate and vineyards or explore the Fernkloof Nature Reserve for walking, and hiking, and cycling.
