thank you for your feedback. You arrived outside office hours on a weekend, and arrangements were made with you as to where you should pick up the keys. Check-in details were also sent to you via WhatsApp with clear alarm instructions on how to deactivate/activate the alarm. We do apologise for the pictures on the site; it still shows the thatch roof, but the description clearly says this is the 4 sleeper at the back. On the day of your departure, you left early in the morning and asked where the keys should be dropped. We explained our drop box to you, but you drove off with the keys. We suggested that you send them back early the following morning, as we only have our set (1 set to the owner, 1 set to the housekeeper), but you decided to drive back to drop it off. We are sorry to hear that this was an awful experience for you this time, but truly hope we can welcome you back again so that you can experience the lovely houses we have on offer.
