Cleanliness and guest comfort have always been top priorities, and the space is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before every check-in. No previous guest has ever reported an unpleasant odour or feeling unsafe, despite the presence of long-term tenants — who are quiet, respectful, and have never caused issues for guests. In this case, it became clear shortly after your arrival that the room — which is accurately described and photographed in the listing — did not meet your personal space requirements for a long-term stay. I did everything possible to accommodate you, including offering a full refund when you chose to leave early, despite the loss of income and the inability to rebook the room on short notice. While I regret that the space was not the right fit for you, I stand by the quality, cleanliness, and safety of the accommodation, and the overwhelmingly positive experience it has provided for many guests. It’s disappointing to receive a negative review in a situation where I went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and fairly, especially given the consistently positive experiences of past guests.
