This neat, spacious, and well-maintained holiday apartment is located in Scottburgh on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, approximately 50 metres from the main beach. The balcony, main bedroom, and front guest bedroom all offer lovely sea views.
The apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite shower. The second and third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and share a bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It extends to the dining area and further opens to the lounge, furnished with comfy seating and a TV.
The unit is situated on the top floor of the complex and enjoys elevated views where dolphins and, at times, whales can be spotted. A secure lock-up garage accommodates 2 vehicles and offers easy access via the side entrance.
The complex features a security gate at the front door as well as electric fencing, providing peace of mind. A variety of restaurants and takeaway options are nearby, while Scottburgh Mall, located about 10 km away, caters to additional shopping needs.
The complex consists of ground, middle, and top floors, with stair access only between levels.
