Jamica Country House is located in the beautiful Highveld Mountains in the Volksrust area and offers quality accommodation on a farm. It is situated on the border of the Free State and Mpumalanga, and the Klip River runs through the property. It is approximately 35 km from Volksrust and 40 km from Vrede. A portion of the road leading to the accommodation is gravel.
The house features 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 14 guests. Each room has 7 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. There is also a fireplace for cold winter days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas appliances and a gas geyser for hot water.
There is a spacious lapa with braai facilities and ample seating where guests can gather and prepare a meal.
The house is ideally located for holidaymakers wanting to escape the city and enjoy nature. Firewood for the lapa is provided.
Activities include birdwatching, fishing, hiking trails, and hunting during the hunting season. Motorcycles are also welcome. The farm offers hunting packages during winter, which can be arranged directly with the owners.
