Seashells Luxury Studio Apartment is an open-plan luxury suite that has 2 single beds that can be converted into a king bed. It has a private bathroom with a shower, and a big seating area is also available. It has a patio overlooking Pearl Bay Beach, and a portable braai can be supplied. It does not have a full kitchen and we do not encourage cooking in this apartment. It features a small fridge, microwave, Air Fryer, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, as well as two comfortable couches in the sitting area. An extra cot or mattress can be arranged for a small child.

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 applies for the Villa and group bookings in the units.
We will, however, sincerely appreciate the report and replacement of any breakages or damages.
We kindly request that guests leave the facilities in the same condition it was entrusted to them.
Please arrange with the owners should you receive and entertain guests on the premises.
Kaalvoet is situated in a residential area with a green fynbos belt on one side. Guests should please respect the environment at all times.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and two single beds, with an additional single bed in the living area perfect for an additional adult. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet. The living area offers ample seating and a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, a kettle, an electric frying pan, a toaster, an egg boiler, crockery, and cutlery. Guests also have their own patio with a table and chairs, and a portable braai is available on request.

The villa can accommodate up to 9 guests and features 4 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a king-size bed with a child-only couch. The fourth bedroom contains single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. The en-suite bathrooms include either a bath with a shower or a bath or a shower only.
