Kob Crescent, nestled on the banks of the meandering Breede River, invites you to a rustic yet refined home where you and your loved ones can enjoy unforgettable holidays by the water. A place to embrace carefree moments—whether barefoot on the lawn, under the trees, through the wild gardens, along wooden walkways, or in and out of the water. A place where happiness is best shared.

This home can accommodate 15 guests and comprises 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each contain double beds. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are furnished with 2 single beds each, and the remaining bedroom has 4 bunk beds. The other bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, washbasin, and toilet.

The modern living area features an open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen, including a gas stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee plunger, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. For added convenience, a dishwasher, tumble dryer, and washing machine are also available. A 10-seater dining table adjacent to the kitchen is perfect for meals. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, an Apple TV with YouTube and Netflix, along with complimentary Wi-Fi facilities, and a fireplace for colder nights.

The outdoor spaces greatly enhance the property's charm. The living areas open to a large deck with a wood-burning fire tub, loungers, and comfy seating, perfect for enjoying views of the expansive garden. The bar with a dartboard, pizza oven, and fire pit provide ideal spots for relaxation. An elevated deck creates the feeling of being on a pontoon.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the river offers endless activities, including wakeboarding, waterskiing, canoeing, SUPing, fishing, and swimming.
