Description
Langsmekaar is a spacious holiday home with distant views of the ocean and lagoon located in the heart of Kleinmond. This could be ideal for either a family holiday or a group of friends, as it is situated within walking distance of the beach.
The double-storey house accommodates 14 guests, comprising 12 adults and 2 children, and features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. Each of the 6 bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, while 2 of the bedrooms also include an additional single bed. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers.
A third bathroom is fitted with a shower, while the fourth bathroom is a full family bathroom. All linen is provided for guests’ convenience; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The ground level of the home features an open-plan living area with a lounge, indoor braai, dining table and a kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. The top level also has an open-plan living area with a lounge, indoor braai and kitchen.
The top level opens onto a balcony, which is an ideal spot for a sundowner while admiring the views. Guests are afforded secure parking behind a gate. The location of this home is also close to a playground.
