Lanica Beach House provides a serene escape in a stylish double-storey home just steps from the sea in Grootbrakrivier.
Perfect for families or groups, it accommodates 7 adults and 1 infant across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The main bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom offers a double bed and a cot, while the third bedroom has a tri-bed. These 2 bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet, plus there is a separate guest toilet. All linen and bath towels are included, though guests should bring their own swimming towels.
Separate living areas upstairs and downstairs provide ample space to relax. The indoor braai upstairs is ideal for cosy evenings of laughter and socialising, whatever the weather. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking simple, with a fridge, stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, toaster, and a dedicated laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.
For entertainment, the house features 2 TVs. Upstairs, a smart TV comes with the full DSTV package, while downstairs, a second TV has its own DSTV decoder, allowing different channels to be viewed simultaneously. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available.
