The Linger@41 Cottage is a cosy, enclosed unit accommodating 2 to 3 guests, separate from the main house. The main bedroom is furnished with an extra-length queen-size bed and leads to a second room with an extra-length single bed and a desk with workspace for 2 people. These 2 rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The open-plan living and kitchen area opens onto a small garden with 2 outdoor chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. An outdoor table with 4 chairs and a Weber braai under a shade net is available at the back of the cottage. Guests have access to the swimming pool shared with the main house.

The Main House at Linger@41 is a spacious 3-bedroom home accommodating up to 6 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with an extra-length queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a double shower, 2 basins, and a toilet. The second bedroom contains an extra-length queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 extra-length single beds. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The house offers a large open-plan living and dining area with seating for 8, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a breakfast counter with 4 chairs, a double-door fridge-freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a gas stove, an electric oven, an air fryer, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedrooms are equipped with fans for warm summer months, while wall heaters and electric blankets provide comfort during cold winter nights. The living room features a Smart TV with Netflix (guests must use their own login for DStv) and a gas heater with throws for chilly evenings. A separate study offers workspace for 2 people. The property provides fast, secure Wi-Fi and a solar power system for a continued electricity supply during load shedding. Adjacent to the house is an indoor braai room with dining space for 8, which opens onto a large swimming pool area with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
