It has an equipped kitchen with everything guests will need for self-catering including an induction stove, microwave, a fridge-freezer, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv.
The studio apartment has a private, fenced courtyard with beautiful sea views and braai facilities. A complimentary, non-alcoholic drink is supplied on arrival.
No pets are allowed and there is no Wi-Fi available.
The area is very safe and there is a neighbourhood watch, as well as the Melkbos police making regular drive-bys.
The studio apartment has some sea views from the apartment, but access to the beach is a short 2 blocks away. Laundry services are 3 blocks away, as well as public transport.
