The apartment is equipped with electricity and Wi-Fi on battery backup, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. An inverter is provided for TV and device recharging. Guests have access to the entire top floor, along with waterside access. Secure outside parking and secure indoor trailer parking. The large balcony has a kettle braai with a table and four chairs overlooking the waterway.
