Top notch accommodation. We really enjoyed our stay at Penhouse 1. Many shops and restaurants close by. The Yard is also a very nice spot to relax under the big old tree. We will be back!

Good. Our stay was great. However, there was a horrible squeaky noise that occurred whenever there was a breeze. It was clearly from the chimney of the fireplace. I believe it needs to be oiled. It was incredibly difficult to sleep with that noise. There was also an issue with the water pressure during our stay. At one point, the water stopped.

Beautiful place. No one contacted us to let us know how to get the keys. The number for Pat on the site is incorrect. We had to ask shop owners if they knew the owner. One of the shop owners knew her and called her. We were told to collect the keys at a nearby restaurant.

Exceptional! It was the perfect getaway. I have been to many holiday accommodations in Franschhoek. This has certainly been the best thus far. From the best location, cleanliness, to having everything that was needed in the place (hand wash, body wash, tissues, more than enough towels, gowns), you name it. Not to forget value for money. Will definitely book there again. Perfect location. Thank you for the awesome stay!

Very good. Small defects should be attended to. Well appointed, in particular large and plentiful towels. Very comfortable bed, with good pillows. Too warm for summer. A flat sheet and summer weight blanket would have been appreciated. Light above mirror in bathroom not working. Light showing temperature indication on oven not working. One had to guess when the oven was on the set temperature. Operating instructions for the TV system would have been appreciated.

Fabulous stay! It was wonderful, we will definitely stay at Los Olivos at the Yard again. It is walking distance to everything in Franschhoek and a short drive to the wine farms. Check-in was very smooth - we arrived late as we had to drive from the airport, and Pat was very accommodating. She was so helpful throughout our stay. It was very warm when we were there, and the aircon was a life saver. Despite being close to the main road, it's very quiet at night.
