The home comprises 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 24 guests. Six bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The two additional bedrooms each contain 2 single mattresses and 2 bunk beds, suitable for children. Guests share three bathrooms: one fitted with a bath, washbasin, and toilet, and two with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

The open-plan living area features a 24-seater dining table and a lounge with comfortable couches. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, toaster, and microwave. For added convenience, a dishwasher is also available.
