Description
Bird Rock Sunrise is a spacious 110m2 second-storey apartment offering a beautiful sunrise view over the ocean from the lounge window. Guests can wake up to a sea view while enjoying their coffee, overlooking Bird Rock and listening to the sound of seagulls and the beachfront waking up. The apartment is situated in the Court Recife apartment block and is located at the well-known surf spot, Millers Beach in Summerstrand. It is 5km from the airport and 23 km from the Addo Elephant National Park.
The apartment can accommodate 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-size bed which can also be split into 2 single beds if required.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 single beds. The apartment has 1 and ½ bathroom which is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. As well as a separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The living area features comfortable seating and a TV.
It is within walking distance 600m to the Boardwalk Hotel and the Boardwalk shopping mall. Guests are encouraged to bring comfortable shoes to enjoy a walk along the beachfront promenade, a popular stretch for morning and evening exercise. A swimsuit is also recommended, as the beach is directly across the road. The apartment is close to restaurants such as Charlie’s Pizza, next to The Southern Sun, and the Radisson Blu a km away.
Guests can park in a garage in the courtyard (which has a low beam to access the courtyard) or park outside in 4th Avenue.

Only guests booked into Bird Rock Sunrise will be allowed on the property of Court Recife.
It is a strictly No smoking and No vaping and No parties apartment.
