Clean, quiet and relaxing. Worker Bee: Our stay was nice and secure. I can't speak for the other units; however, our unit was clean and lovely. However, a few points that I feel can be improved on: 1. Our unit was not aired out, which led to a hot and stuffy arrival. 2. Our aircon didn't work (efforts were made to contact the aircon installer; however, even though the installer couldn't come out, no effort was made by the staff to move us to another unit where the aircon was working, even though the unit directly behind us was empty). 3. Our unit was only cleaned upon arrival, which led us to not being able to get the keys upon arrival, even though the cleaner opened for us. We had to wait for the cleaner to finish in order for her to give us the keys. 4. We only had one pillow each on the bed, which led to an uncomfortable night. 5. There was a concrete slab outside our room; however, there was no seating available, and we had to sit at the seating that was meant for the unit behind us. 6. We weren't advised that the unit we had, which was the Worker Bee, was next to the main gate, so we had to listen to the gate opening and closing through the night when we were trying to sleep. With all that aside, the stay was somewhat pleasant. The unit was clean and neat.
