New Beginnings can accommodate 8 guests comfortably, with a maximum capacity of 10 guests, across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a washbasin, and a toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain a combination of a double bed and a single bed, making them suitable for families or groups. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath, a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided for guests’ convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a dining table. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV, and Wi-Fi access is available. A covered patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities is provided, along with ample parking on the premises.

The property can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. Additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior arrangement.
Parties, events, and loud noise are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced after 22:00.
Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited.
Fires must be monitored at all times and extinguished after use.
Indoor furniture, bedding, and towels may not be moved outside or taken off the premises. Swimming or beach towels are not provided.
Guests are requested to switch off all lights and appliances, lock all doors, close all windows, and return all keys and remotes upon departure.
Tampering with Wi-Fi equipment, electrical distribution boards, geysers, alarms, locks, or restricted cupboards is strictly prohibited.
Parking is available on the premises.
Guests will be held liable for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after departure.
