Unwind, relax and make fire! If you want to escape from your busy life and just want to switch off, No. 24 is highly recommended. The place has everything you need and it's cosy. I enjoyed the fact that there's no TV. You can just communicate and "connect" with your loved ones. I had a run-in with a baboon that added some excitement in a chilled and tranquil space. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who even thinks of needing a break. We will be back for sure.

Not value for money. The house has no to little light and the low beam lights do not work. None of the bathrooms have a light and there is also no light at the indoor braai which has such a low opening that you struggle to turn the grate. The microwave is on a slanted board and just wants to fall off. The outdoor braai seating is so rusty you don't want to sit on it. My wife and I were both bitten during the night and the spots are struggling to heal.

The house was not as comfortable as I hoped for it to be. Wouldn't book again. The house is very stuffy and dusty; it definitely smells like it has stood closed for months and is poorly ventilated, especially the bedrooms. The lights situation is ridiculous; the portable lamps were not charged, so we were unable to use them. It gets pitch dark at night, and it's unacceptable and a safety hazard that there are no lights outside. The plug-in lights inside the house are also not sufficient. Quiet and peaceful. Very pleasant place for a short vacation. Although the customer service and cleanliness of the house was disappointing.
