Ocean Edge Apartment is located in Whale Rock Estate, which is a seafront-facing complex with 24-hour security, just 3 km from the central Hermanus area. The modern decor with convenient facilities makes for a home-away-from-home experience

The unit comprises a modern, fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed that is fitted with fresh linen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast nook with bar stool seating. It also includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge area has plenty of seating and a wall-mounted, 40-inch LED TV with the full bouquet of DStv channels, a DVD player and unlimited Wi-Fi Internet access. Sliding doors lead out onto the patio area with a dining area and lovely sea views.

The complex has a communal swimming pool and braai area. Each stay also includes free access to the squash court, swimming pool and recreational area. A reserved parking bay is also available for added convenience and peace of mind. A walkway of 50m leads down to the beach. No pets are allowed.

Guests have access to many exciting area activities including whale watching, shark cage diving, sea kayaking, paragliding, quad biking, white water Rafting, cliff path walks, mountain hikes, paint-balling, treetop slides, wine estates, nature reserves, golf courses, craft and farmers markets, Birkenhead Brewery and Klein River Cheese farm and the penguin colony 40 minutes away.
