Description
On the border of the Northern Cape and the Free State, and separated by the majestic Van der Kloof Dam, the Otterskloof Game Reserve lies in waiting for guests. This private game reserve offers high standards in luxury accommodation, close wildlife encounters, beautiful vistas and personal service. Please note there is a 25-km long gravel road toward the establishment.
Accommodation comprises 4 options namely Economy Rooms, En-suite Rooms, a Family Room or a self-catering Bush Lodge. Rooms are serviced daily and a laundry service is also available.
The reserve is home to the many animals including the rare roan, sable, buffalo, giraffe as well as zebra and hundreds of other species of animals, birds and plants indigenous to the area. Rangers and trackers ensure that guests' safari experience ranks among the best in central South Africa. Guests can look forward to fantastic experiences with Africa's wildlife on every game drive.
Kindly note that the main gate of Otterskloof Private Game Reserve is situated 30 km from Phillipolis and can only be reached via a well-maintained gravel road.
