Palms 1 is a modern self-catering unit in a secure complex just 150 m from the main beach in Strand. This ground-floor unit features its own private garden, which is a rare gem in the area. With only 12 units in the complex, it offers an exclusive and peaceful getaway.
The unit accommodates 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. The living area also includes a sleeper couch that can be used for a fifth guest if needed.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, basic cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher is also available for added convenience. The living area features a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available.
There is a large private patio where guests can relax, as well as a garden and a shared swimming pool. Braai facilities and secure parking are available on the premises. The property also has a laundry room where guests can do their washing, but please note that an additional fee applies.
