Beverley Homestead is a luxury self-catering home situated in the heart of Simbithi Eco Estate in Ballito, an exclusive coastal estate known for its indigenous forests, wetlands, and world-class facilities. This historic family homestead offers a private and air-conditioned retreat, ideal for families and groups seeking a relaxed stay within a secure natural environment.
The home can accommodate up to 12 guests, comprising 10 adults and 2 children aged 12 years and under, and consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. Three bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower and toilet, while the remaining 2 bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. An additional separate toilet is also available. Linen, bath towels, and soaps are provided.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are also available. The dining area offers seating for 10 guests, while 2 lounge areas provide comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the home.
The furnished patio features a braai area and bar fridge, and overlooks the private swimming pool and the estate’s botanical gardens. Additional outdoor lounge areas are available, and a 2-seater golf cart and secure parking are provided for the duration of the stay. The family housekeeper services the home daily from 9 am to 2 pm on weekdays and Saturdays. Service is not available on Sundays or public holidays. uMhlali Beach is located 2.6 km away, and Hole In The Wall is 3.3 km away.
