Paros Paradise is a stunning getaway and I will definitely go back with friends! My stay at Paros Paradise was very memorable, the property itself was absolutely beautiful. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, the place was spotless, and the environment was peaceful and relaxing — everything we had hoped for in a family getaway. However, our experience leading up to check-in was extremely disappointing. While travelling to the property, I received a friendly welcome message with instructions, which I appreciated. But shortly after, the tone changed completely. I was suddenly pressured to pay the outstanding balance immediately, despite having clearly mentioned that I would do so upon arrival as I was driving on the freeway with my family. Without any understanding or patience, I was abruptly told that our booking had been cancelled and that we should not proceed to the property. The messages from the owners were unkind and unnecessarily threatening. I even had to stop on the highway to make an urgent electronic transfer just to have the cancellation lifted. No guest should be treated in such a manner, especially after clear communication and good faith were shown. It was an upsetting experience that overshadowed an otherwise wonderful stay. The property deserves a high rating for its quality and cleanliness, but the hosts seriously need to improve their professionalism and the way they communicate with guests.

Fortunately, we acted promptly to arrange an alternative payment solution so that your booking could proceed as planned.
