The housekeeper has confirmed all bathroom bins were cleared before the new guests' arrival; however, a late departure may have used the bathroom bin unbeknownst to her. We accept this as the previous guest was recorded as a late departure waiting for transport. I am further advised the female occupant did ask for Jik, to which the housekeeper confirmed she was out of stock. We certainly carry cleaning products. I was in direct WhatsApp communication with the company team travelling to Durban and received no communication regarding displeasure. If the housekeeper or I had been informed of any requests, I or my staff would have arranged.
