Disappointing. I booked the place for my parents from Worcester and my brother from England. They were unhappy. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, but the cleaner didn't finish until 5:00 PM. My brother had to let us know every time when the data was up, to be able to use WiFi and TV. Problems we had: • Only 2 wine glasses and 2 soda glasses. • No dishcloth. • One toilet didn't flush. • Kitchen faucet leaked and sprayed when turned on. Everything was only fixed the day before check-out.
