Rene's Guesthouse was established in 2000 and offers 15 comfortable, modern, separate rooms with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, DStv and secure parking.
The guesthouse comprises Double rooms, Luxury rooms and Single rooms. The Double and Luxury room comprises a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath or shower. The single room comprises a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower or bath. All rooms have a microwave, bar fridge and tea-and-coffee-making facilities.
Guests have access to a swimming pool and a deck, where you can enjoy a good book or a glass of wine.
Douglas is a historic town located near 2 large rivers, the Orange River and the Vaal River. The area offers a variety of outdoor activities such as romantic sunset river cruises, the confluence wineries, game tours on a game farm in the nice fresh air, and a 9-hole golf course.
