Description

Rockview 43 is a beachfront unit in a safe complex in Hibberdene, KwaZulu-Natal, just 50 m from the sand. The property offers sweeping ocean views where dolphins can often be seen, a large lawn for children to play safely, and a fenced swimming pool at the back. The complex is peaceful, especially outside December and January when most owners return for their annual visits.

The unit accommodates 5 guests in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, and the lounge features a double sleeper couch. The main bathroom has a shower-over-bath, and the second bathroom has a toilet only. Please note that guest 5 will sleep on the lounge daybed; guests must provide their own linen and towels for this bed.

The open-plan living area includes a lounge suite, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and smart TV with unlimited cable. Braai facilities and secure parking are available. Guests may also use the complex’s communal pool.

This unit is on the third floor, accessible only by stairs; a helper is available to carry luggage for a small fee. An alarm system is managed by on-site caretakers, who are available if needed.

Rockview 43 has a homely, “old-school” charm and is perfect for a relaxed beach holiday. Guests are kindly asked to treat the property with care and respect.
