Description

Mads Place offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in Strand and is 800 m away from the nearest beach.

This intimate open-plan unit is situated next to the main house on the owner’s property. It is ideal for 2 guests and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an electric blanket for comfort in the winter, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction plate, a bar fridge, an air-fryer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, cutlery and crockery as well as complimentary coffee, sugar and tea. Breakfast is available on request and at extra cost with prior arrangement.

The unit includes free Wi-Fi that works during load-shedding and a TV with streaming options.

The patio features braai facilities, and the unit is within walking distance of a shopping centre, local restaurants, and takeaway spots.

Secure parking behind gates is available. There is sufficient parking for a vehicle and a trailer.
