Sand and Sea Studio is a lovely self-catering apartment, with a private entrance, situated on the owner’s property in Sand Bay, Hermanus. It is ideal for business and leisure travellers who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy the surroundings.
This studio unit can accommodate up to 2 guests and an infant and comprises an open-plan sleeping area and separate bathroom. The sleeping area is furnished with a queen-size bed and an infant cot, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction plate, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounging area features comfortable seating and for the guests entertainment, there is a smart TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy braai facilities and secure parking on the premises. Local amenities such as shops and restaurants are within close proximity, with Sand Bay Beach being approximately 2 km away. Activities in the area include fishing, swimming, paragliding, game viewing, seasonal whale watching, and horseback riding.
