Sandy Place is situated approximately 250 km north of Durban on the unspoiled Zululand coast. The resort is set amongst landscaped gardens and offers a family-friendly North Coast getaway.

The spacious, air-conditioned duplex apartments are furnished for comfort and equipped for self-catering. Each unit features a kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The kitchen, dining area, and lounge are located on the main level, with the bedrooms and bathrooms situated upstairs.

The resort offers a swimming pool, children’s activities, and a games room. Guests also have access to the surrounding pristine beaches, while the Greater St Lucia Wetland Park, a world heritage site, is nearby and home to diverse wildlife, including black rhino, hippo, buffalo, leopard, and numerous bird species.

All units are duplex apartments with internal stairs. B Block units include an additional set of external stairs leading to the entrance. These units are not suited for elderly guests or those with walking impairments.
