Sedge Island House is situated in a quiet security estate on The Island in Sedgefield. This beautiful seaside village lies between George and Knysna, along the renowned Garden Route in the Western Cape. The town is surrounded by glistening lakes, vegetated sand dunes, dense pine plantations, the Swartvlei Estuary, and the warm Indian Ocean.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools and a scullery which has a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen smart TV with all DSTV channels. The house has fibre so has fast, unlimited Wi-Fi
The house has a large patio which overlooks an enclosed garden and offers braai facilities and outdoor seating. Garage parking is provided for your vehicle. This comfortable home in its secure position that allows for a relaxed, carefree holiday for the whole family.
