Skipskop 1 is a tastefully decorated self-catering holiday home located in Velddrif, along the scenic Cape West Coast, approximately 90 km from Cape Town. The house is situated just 100 m from the Berg River, an area popular for fishing, birdlife, and wildflowers.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 1 main bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom offers 2 single beds. Guests share a family bathroom fitted with a bath and shower.
The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and washing machine. The air-conditioned living and dining area offers a comfortable space to unwind, while the indoor braai area opens onto a small back yard. Secure parking is available in a single lock-up garage.
Velddrif is part of the well-known Crayfish Route and is famous for its seafood delicacies, particularly Bokkoms. Guests can enjoy a selection of excellent restaurants nearby and a golf course within 1 km, making Skipskop 1 an ideal base for a relaxing West Coast getaway.
