This is a really good accommodation and an even better breakfast. The Superior Studio room we were accommodated in, Room 603, air conditioning was not working properly, and the remote to manage the temperature was damaged. We were moved to Room 604 after insisting that we wanted a room with a working air con - which was a single room, but no discount was offered for the inconvenience, given we had paid for a Superior Studio. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were very helpful, as they ensured our room was changed to one with a functioning air conditioner as they understood we could not stay in a room without a functioning air con that was included in the accommodation description. The room we stayed in was cramped, which is why I booked a Superior Studio, and it had no hair dryer - I had to ask housekeeping for one, which was readily provided. Other than this, our stay was pleasant; the breakfast that comes with the room was 5 stars. This is a really good hotel; however, housekeeping should have picked up the damaged air con remote and had maintenance repair it before guests booked in.
