Description

This is a beautiful self-catering townhouse situated in a secure complex, in the upmarket Wavecrest area in Jeffreys Bay, only 220 metres from the beach at the famous surfing spot, Point and a 600-metre walk from the Spar Shopping Centre and Avis and Budget vehicle rental.

The unit comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with a TV with DStv Premium.

Outside is a lovely patio with braai facilities and a separate family playroom for children with a TV for playing games only.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, microwave, electric frying fan, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and other kitchen appliances.

The TV area and 2 bedrooms are sea-facing and have access to the patio with big sliding doors. All floors are tiled.

The apartment is equipped with an alarm system and a security gate at the front door. Secure parking is provided inside the complex. There is a three-quarter-length carport.

During school holidays the minimum stay is 3 days and during the December school holidays bookings of at least 5 days are required. Please note no bookings for matriculates, students or groups are allowed.
