Description

Silwervis is a double-storey, self-catering house in Arniston with views of the sea and Kassiesbaai. The property is set on a double plot, fully fenced, alarmed, and suitable for large groups and families.

The house has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests, with a pull-out bed in one room for young children. Upstairs, there is a king-size bedroom, a double bedroom, and a twin single bedroom, with a bathroom including a shower-over-bath and a separate toilet. Downstairs, there is a room with 2 single beds and a pull-out couch, and a room with 2 double bunks. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet, and basin.

The open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen lead onto a front balcony with an undercover braai. The kitchen is equipped with a large free-standing electric stove with a gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. A second fridge-freezer and a washing machine are also available. The lounge has an indoor fireplace, DSTV, Netflix, free Wi-Fi, and streaming options.

The property has private parking for up to 4 cars. It is a 250 m walk from the beach, harbour, and Arniston Hotel, with a convenience store and a liquor store behind the hotel. Fresh fish can be bought directly from the Kassiesbaai harbour, just a stone’s throw from Silwervis.
