Description
The Bed in the Shed @ Camissa Farm is a beautiful unit offering panoramic views of the Banhoek Valley, set on 60 hectares of orchards and wild fynbos just 10 minutes from Stellenbosch. Perched high in the mountains and above the clouds, it provides breathtaking views over the valley and orchards stretching towards the Simonsberg and Drakenzicht Mountains.
This wooden cabin can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, basic crockery and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher is also provided, along with a dining area and a comfortable lounge featuring sofas and a TV.
Guests have access to a braai area and firepit with beautiful mountain views. Secure on-site parking is available.
The area is ideal for guests who enjoy a variety of activities, including birdwatching, mountain biking, cycling, and swimming. The surroundings also offer excellent restaurants and numerous wine-tasting experiences. For an evening out, the award-winning restaurants in Paarl and Stellenbosch come highly recommended. Additionally, nearby activities such as horse riding, fishing, and tennis provide further enjoyment.
