Good room, building needs work, hospitality needs work. I would have appreciated knowing beforehand that we had to pay a deposit for our stay. I also thought the quality of the building was horrible. The reception had an awful smell hanging in the air and the receptionist seemed really confused as if it was her first day, and I also saw she was on a call with a friend on WhatsApp. She didn't seem prepared and didn't make me feel confident.
