Very comfortable stay. We had a very pleasant overnight stay. The cottage is very comfortable and had everything we needed. A suggestion - the outdoor shower could do with a bamboo mat to stand on as the bare cement floor was dirty due to the dust.

We would have liked to stay for longer. A charming, spacious cottage with a lovely Karoo garden. We had a log fire as it was a very cold night. Tasteful traditional decor in keeping with the history of the cottage.

Charming, lovely cottage, walking distance from town - all you need! We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful cottage, which was equipped with everything we could possibly need and more! The space was generous, featuring a stunning fireplace stocked with plenty of wood to last the entire stay. The bedroom was separate from the living room and kitchen, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it. We'll definitely be returning. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the cottage is within walking distance of town.
