The Cozy Room is a room with a private entrance next to the owner’s main house in Clanwilliam. It is ideal for business travellers and solo guests, as the space is limited. There is no kitchen, only a coffee station.
The room is furnished with a double bed, dressing table, and wardrobe, as well as a coffee station with a microwave, bar fridge, kettle, and basic crockery (no kitchen). The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The room also features a TV with the full DStv package, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
The Cozy Place is a flat with a private entrance. The flat features a separate bedroom with a double bed, cupboards, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. The well-equipped kitchen includes, among other things, a microwave, kettle, and fridge, as well as a TV with the full DStv package and free Wi-Fi.
Linen and bath towels, as well as tea and coffee, are provided. The room also has its own private outdoor braai facilities. The area is very safe and quiet and is monitored by cameras 24/7. Secure open parking is available on the premises. Please note that the front of the property is not fenced.
