The Green Villa is a beautiful self-catering holiday home nestled between Signal Hill and the ocean in Green Point, Cape Town. It is ideal for a group of friends or a family who are looking for a relaxing and convenient homebase while on their visit to this coastal city.
This double-storey home can accommodate up to 15 guests in 7 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a single sleeper couch and has access to an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Two bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed, while two other bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. The sixth bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the last bedroom features 2 single beds. All 6 of the other en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer are available for the guests’ convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests entertainment there is a TV.
There is a braai room with seating, a dining table and a built-in braai, and an undercover balcony with seating and views of the surroundings. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with various outdoor seating options. Solar power and secure parking is available on the premises. This property is within close proximity to local amenities such as shops and restaurants, with the Sea Point Promenade being approximately 650 m away.
