Description
The property is set on an immaculate 3 057 m² garden with 2 ponds and a fountain, positioned on the edge of the Nature Reserve in Greyton, where the Noupoort River flows through. Guests have direct access to mountain and waterfall trails just across the river.
The property sleeps 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed, while the fourth bedroom is a kids' room furnished with a bed for 2 children. The bathrooms are fitted with either a shower or a bath and a shower. Linen and towels are provided.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, chest freezer, bar fridge, 6-plate gas stove, an extra 4-plate electric stove with double oven, an airfryer, cutlery, crockery, and a coffee machine. A generous work and study room provides 2 workstations, internet, Wi-Fi and DStv.
The interior features a spacious TV lounge and indoor dining area leading onto a front patio with an outdoor dining table for 8, umbrellas and 4 loungers overlooking uninterrupted mountain views. A portable braai is available, with wood supplied by the owner. An additional undercover courtyard offers another comfortable 8-seater dining and lounge area.
