Tranquil Eco-Estate Home is a lovely self-catering holiday home situated in the secure Kenrock Country Estate in Hout Bay. It is ideal for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy this coastal town.
This home can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an open-plan en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a child-only single bed, while the third bedroom contains a tri-bunk bed consisting of a double bed and a child-only single bed. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine are available for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a TV.
