There is a spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. A washing machine and dishwasher are available. The house features 2 dining spaces as well as a 4-seater breakfast bar in the kitchen.
This home has 2 living areas of which one includes a dining area and the other has a fireplace and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Just through the double doors, there is a 5-seater bar area. Outside features a large and beautiful garden with braai facilities.
The house is a 30-minute drive from the Cape Town International Airport, 15 minutes from Strand and Stellenbosch, 10 minutes from the Erinvale Golf Course and within easy reach of numerous wine farms.
