Description
Transkaroo Campsite is a private campsite situated on a farm on Matroosberg Station, on the R318 between De Doorns and Touwsrivier.
This large tented campsite can accommodate up to 6 guests in total. The campsite has a bathroom with a shower, a separate basin, and a separate toilet. The shower has large windows that can open so you can take in the beauty of nature while showering. Guests are required to bring their own linen and towels.
The campsite has a covered kitchenette area, equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate stove, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is a table with seating for 4 people as well as a workspace on a counter.
Guests can relax under the trees around the cozy braai area and relax in the wood-burning hot tub. There is a swimming pool near the campsite which also sometimes, after rain, has the most beautiful waterfall. The farm is large and guests can cycle, walk or just relax at the campsite.
