The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. The third bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided, while guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The house features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
