Unsere Zeit is a stunning self-catering villa situated in the prestigious Fernwood Estate in the heart of Knysna. This residence offers breathtaking views of the estuary and the vibrant town, creating a serene and picturesque living environment.
This property can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 en-suite bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main suite is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, double vanity and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower, the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom and the fourth bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The spacious open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lounge space with comfortable seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen Smart TV.
This kitchen leads down to a dining space and lounging corner which spoils with a lovely indoor braai. Through these glass stacking doors is a sunny patio with an inviting swimming pool and sun loungers. The top level also opens onto a sunny balcony with an outdoor dining table, a hanging chair and sun loungers. During load shedding, this property has a solar power system to back up essential appliances. Guests are offered complimentary Wi-Fi as well as secure parking in the driveway.
