Villa Lucca is a sea-view self-catering apartment set on a hillside overlooking the magnificent Gordon’s Bay with views of the mountain and the bay below. The apartment is a short distance from the beach and is approximately a 30-minute drive from Stellenbosch, where you can enjoy award-winning South African wines
The apartment is built over 2 levels with the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms and an additional guest bathroom. There is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and a shower en suite with a toilet and a washbasin. The third guest bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and both have sliding doors that open into the garden.
The large kitchen is fully fitted and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, hob and oven. The lounge features a flat-screen TV. Guests will need to use their own Netflix code. Wi-Fi internet access is provided. The living area opens onto a large patio with gas braai facilities and wood braai facilities, as well as a heated plunge pool and outdoor seating. There are European-style shutters to close off the patio and glass sliding doors. There is an inverter to ensure lights and plugs are available during load shedding.
A lock-up garage is available for 1 vehicle, as well as an additional undercover parking bay for 1 vehicle. Villa Lucca offers high security, with burglar bars and security doors fitted on all windows and doors, as well as being linked to armed security.
