Welcome to Villa Mozay, a beautiful double-storey holiday home in a secure beachfront estate in the charming coastal town of St Helena Bay. Perfect for families and groups of friends, this spacious retreat is just a short stroll from the beach. The upper level is accessed via a wooden staircase with wooden railings, adding to the home's unique character.
Villa Mozay comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an open-plan en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. Upstairs, the cosy lounge includes two double sleeper couches and a foosball table for added entertainment.
The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, Smeg gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and basic crockery, cutlery, and cooking essentials. The dining area is perfect for sharing meals, while the comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV invites you to relax after a day by the sea.
Entertainment is at the heart of Villa Mozay, with a private cinema room, a games room featuring a pool table and indoor braai facilities, a sunny outdoor terrace, and a swimming pool for guests to enjoy. Secure on-site parking is provided.
House Rules: Villa Mozay is a peaceful family holiday home and is not available for parties, events, or loud gatherings. Please respect our neighbours by keeping voices, music, and noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
We do not charge a breakage deposit; however, guests are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged, broken, or missing items, excluding normal wear and tear.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke outside only and are kindly asked to dispose of all cigarette butts and smoking waste responsibly. Please do not leave any litter on the property or within the estate.
